1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; words denoting any gender include all genders.

1.1. “Affiliate(s)”

Means any person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company. “Control” means the power to direct management or policies through ownership, voting rights, contract, or otherwise.

1.2. “Billing Cycle”

Means the period of a Subscription that begins immediately after successful payment of the Subscription Fee and continues until the next billing date, unless terminated earlier. The Billing Cycle depends on the selected Subscription Plan.

1.3. “Company”

Means CLICKS LLC FZ, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Dubai, UAE, which owns, operates, and manages the OTT micro-drama streaming platform known as “NABTT”, and includes its officers, employees, Affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors, and assigns, as applicable.

1.4. “Content(s)”

Means all audio-visual works, micro-dramas, web series, shows, images, text, sound recordings, trailers, previews, promotional materials, and any other content made available on the Platform, whether owned by or licensed to the Company.

1.5. “Device(s)”

Means any compatible device that enables access to the Platform, including computers, mobile phones, tablets, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, or other supported hardware.

1.6. “Grievance Officer”

Means the individual designated by the Company to handle complaints and grievances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

1.7. “Platform”

Means the NABTT OTT micro-drama streaming platform owned and operated by the Company, including its website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), smart TV applications, and any other digital interfaces through which Services are offered.

1.8. “Service(s)”

Means the subscription video-on-demand (SVOD), pay-per-view, ad-supported, or other streaming services offered by the Company through the Platform.

1.9. “Subscriber”

Means any natural or legal person who purchases a Subscription to access the Services.

1.10. “Subscription”

Means the access granted to a Subscriber upon payment of the applicable Subscription Fee, subject to these Terms.

1.11. “Subscription Fee”

Means the fee payable for a Subscription Plan, exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

1.12. “Subscription Plan”

Means a specific package of Services and/or Content access offered by the Company for a defined period, subject to change at the Company’s discretion.

1.13. “Terms of Service”

Means these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

2. INTRODUCTION

These Terms constitute an electronic contract and govern Your access to and use of the Platform and Services.

The Platform is owned and operated by the Company (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

3.1. Nature of Content

Content may be made available:

• through subscription-based access;
• Billing and payment details (processed exclusively via secure third-party payment providers)
• on a pay-per-view basis;
• as ad-supported free content; or
• Customer support communications
• through a combination of the above,
